Church on Sunday...Villeperdue

When we visited the brocante at Villeperdue last Sunday we popped into the 'Eglise Saint Jacques' which is a slightly uninspiring but pretty building from the outside. Here again we have a 20th century church in a neogothic style that replaced a much earlier building. 

Inside is rather pristine with little in the way of embellishments 

 Apparently the widows in the nave were originally in a hospital in Tours before being installed here in 2003.
